We're seeking a Barista to join our team at Kilver Court. Located in Shepton Mallet, Kilver Court offers a unique experience for visitors, combining retail, gardens and a café. If you're passionate about hospitality and have a background in hospitality, we want to hear from you.
Role summary
Kilver Court is a vibrant destination that showcases exquisite retail offerings and beautiful gardens. As a Barista, you'll play a crucial role in the daily operations of Kilver Court's Cafe. From opening up for trading to closing at the end of the shift, you'll ensure a seamless experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include serving light lunches, cakes and beverages, handling sales with accuracy and efficiency, preparing delicious coffee, clearing tables and maintaining a clean and organised environment. Additionally, you'll be responsible for completing daily safety and temperature checks to uphold our high standards.

At Kilver Court, we believe in providing a welcoming environment for both our customers and our staff. As part of a small and friendly team, you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills while contributing to the success of our new venture bringing the Café in-house.
Is the role for me?
Ideally, you should have previous barista experience and be confident in handling sales. Salary & Contract
Salary: £12.18 per hour
Part-time, Zero hours contract
