Rich in History
Kilver Court, The Great House and the amazing gardens at Kilver Court offer a history rich in industry and innovation. Once the site of a wool mill and one of the richest lace mills in the area, this century has seen its usage change (from that) to drinks production until 1996 when Roger Saul bought and renovated the entire Great House and it became the show home for the Mulberry Home collection.
Today the site has a new life as Kilver Court, with its ecologically spirited retail and health centre, cafe, gardens and wedding and event venue. Kilver Court has become an important and sustainable cog in the new machinery of Shepton Mallet.
