PAYMENT DETAILS:
· The group admission rate applies where 10 + persons in a group and one person pays for the entire group on arrival at the gardens.
· Please note group rates can not be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer
· Payment can be made by credit card, cash or cheque (made payable to Sharpham Park Retail)
· DEPOSIT REQUIRED; up to 20 pax £25, up to 30 pax £35, over 30 pax £50.
· Different rates apply when booking ‘A Day at Kilver Court’, please enquire.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
· Cancellation of booking 14-29 days prior to date of visit: 10%. 5-13 days: 20%. less than 5 days: FULL PAYMENT.
· Final numbers must be confirmed one week prior to visit and this number is the minimum you will be charged despite any last minute cancellations
· An invoice will be sent to you accordingly.
